Joshua Taylor,  the broker and owner of Village Realty , is the epitome of professionalism in property management. He started his real estate career at Village Realty in 2011 focusing all of his energy into perfecting the art of property management. He continues to carry the torch that is Village Realty's nearly 50 years of client satisfaction. 

Josh is a Winter Haven native who is proud to call this area home and strives to make owners happy to invest here and tenants happy to make their homes here as well. Joshua sales activity specializes in investment property acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, and property development.  

He is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, National Association of Realtors, and local civic organizations. Joshua serves on the board of the Greater Lakeland Chapter of NARPM which serves to promote education and professionalism inn property management. 

At the forefront of his mind, Josh seeks to serve our customers and clients daily by balancing the needs of tenants with the investment goals of owners.

Phyllis Collins has never settled for second best and her work and accomplishments stand behind that!

Mrs. Collins attended the University of Tennessee and after leaving she started a career in retail in Atlanta as a buyer for a major department store. She excelled in this career but knew that there were greater things she was meant to accomplish. Phyllis came to Venice Florida where she owned and operated her own construction company. She was one of the first female builders in Florida. In 1989 Phyllis decided to take on a new adventure in the Winter Haven area and began a career in real estate sales; she would eventually come to partner with Village Realty in 1993 as an expert in her field. Phyllis has served in various capacities at the East Polk County Association of Realtors and is licensed as a broker-associate.

Phyllis is known in the community as a not only a top performing sales person and consummate professional, but also a friendly face that you know you can trust. She continues to work with buyers and sellers including many of our investors and helps them to identify good investment properties when it is time to buy or sell them when they are ready to move into another investment.

Justin, while new to the property management field, has no shortage of experience with people. Justin has received a bachelors degree in organizational leadership of Southeastern University and later went on to obtain his Masters Degree in Executive Leadership. Justin has taken the education he received in the classroom and put that to work in the world of property management.

Justin is the key contact for tenant issues, as well as a liaison to our property owners. Justin brings local knowledge to the table having been raised in East Polk County, which our tenants and owner come to rely on.

Edward Cruz, our maintenance coordinator, is a native of Puerto Rico who brings decades of property management maintenance experience to our dream team. Edward began a career in apartment complex management and managed over 400 units of multi-family apartments. He transitioned into a new real estate management field managing over 1,000,000 squarefeet of maintenance operations in commercial spaces.

Notably, Edward holds three designations from the National Center for Housing Management including the CMM designation of Certified Manager of Maintenance. Edward continues to serve our tenants by coordinating key maintenance and also helping them to troubleshoot items that can be easily resolved saving our investors from unneeded repair costs.

Nancy Cini, wears multiple hats in the Village Realty family, and excels at all of them. Nancy, is the executive assistant for our Broker/Owner and acts as his right-hand and transaction coordinator for most of Village Realty's many listings and sales transactions. Nancy, brings years of real estate sales, and property management experience to the team.

Nancy, is a fourth generation Central Florida native, who makes Winter Haven her home. She currently holds a broker-associate license and is always willing and able to help tenants bridge the gap into home ownership. Nancy, embodies professionalism and is an intrical key to the success at Village Realty.

Dave Collins, after establishing Village Realty in 1974, made his name in the Winter Haven real estate market as a person who always gets the job done. Dave, a native of Alabama and graduate of the University of Alabama, seeing a need for affordable housing in Winter Haven in the late 70's worked with buyers to obtain FHA and VA financing to make their dream of home ownership a reality.

Mr. Collins saw a need in the local market decades ago and became one of the first handful of agents in the state of Florida to join with National Association of Residential Property Managers to help promote education and professionalism in the field of Property Management. He served as president of the East Polk County Association of Realtors, president of the Polk County Builders Association and has held several state and national roles with both the Realtor Association and Builders Association in order to better serve the public as a Realtor, Home Builder, and Property Manager.

Over a period of 45 years, under Dave’s guidance, Village Realty has specialized in the sales and management of investment properties which is still their main focus. Village Realty's professionalism and expertise is a testament to the legacy of Dave Collins.
